Chapters are the beating heart of EWB. Across Canada chapter members are taking thoughtful and strategic actions to create profound social change in their universities, companies, and communities.
EWB U of T is striving to address social injustices where there are difficult constraints, diverse stakeholders, and no clear solutions. We do this by offering a year long curriculum to our members to give them fundamental knowledge of global development. We then support them in applying this knowledge through ownership of socially impactful projects in Canada or overseas. EWB operates at U of T to grow leaders that will have a positive impact on failing social systems across the world.
The Member Learning Space strives to develop foundational knowledge of global development in our members through a structured curriculum.
The Project Space is where students take what they have learned through the Member Learning curriculum and apply it to socially-minded projects.
The Junior Fellowship program is a summer experience like no other with the opportunity to work in one of EWB Canada’s ventures at home or abroad.
